My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were not only spotless but also incredibly cozy with beautiful furniture. The king-sized bed provided me with the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The balcony overlooking the Smokey Mountains was a breathtaking touch to an already perfect room. The only drawback could be the price, which was a bit on the higher side, but the value for the comfort was definitely there.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the mountains but lacked high definition channels, which was a minor downside. The service, although not top-notch overall, was redeemed by George's friendly manner and excellent knowledge of the area. The location felt somewhat isolated being situated on a mountain, but it was excellent for accessing the national park. The dining options included fresh dishes, but the service in the restaurant was subpar. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
